A smooth black casket is our recommended starting point because black trim and small unavoidable gaps visually disappear into the base color, creating a cleaner finished presentation.

Step-by-step
Installation overview
- Confirm fit before production: manufacturer, model, dimensions, surface material, handle style, and required coverage.
- Clean and prep: remove dust, wax, oils, and residue from the wrap surface.
- Remove hardware only when appropriate: document placement before removal and keep all hardware organized.
- Dry-fit and align: establish panel position and visual alignment before committing the adhesive.
- Apply and squeegee: work in controlled sections, maintaining alignment while removing trapped air.
- Use controlled heat: conform vinyl carefully around contours without overheating the material.
- Trim carefully: protect painted surfaces and trim only where required.
- Reinstall and inspect: reinstall hardware, inspect seams and edges, and complete a final presentation check.
Installation note: If you are not comfortable with professional vinyl installation or hardware removal, use a qualified wrap installer.
