Printed-to-order products
In Memory Casket Wraps produces each wrap kit for the specific order placed. Because the product is printed to order, returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted after production has begun.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at inmemorycasketwraps@gmail.com or 228-731-1650. If production has not started, we can cancel the order and issue a refund. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled.
Damage, print defects, or order errors
Please inspect the shipment as soon as it arrives. If the wrap kit arrives damaged, contains a verified print defect, or does not match the design or specifications confirmed on your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the packaging and affected material. After review, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund for the affected product.
Casket fit and installation
The casket, handles, hardware, and installation are not included. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate casket manufacturer, model, dimensions, surface, and coverage information before ordering. Fit issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete casket information, changes to the casket after approval, or installation technique are not considered product defects.
Shipping charges
Once an overnight shipment has been tendered to the carrier, the shipping charge is not refundable solely because of a carrier delay. If we make an error that requires a replacement, we will arrange shipping for the corrected product.
