Production time
Standard production time for a printed casket wrap kit is 1 business day after the order and required casket information are approved. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.
Overnight shipping
Standard shipping is $20 for the entire order, not per wrap kit, for eligible overnight shipments within the contiguous United States. Overnight transit begins after production is complete and the package is accepted by the carrier. Carrier service availability can vary by destination.
Time-sensitive service dates
A requested arrival date is not a delivery guarantee. Before ordering for a funeral or memorial service date, confirm the destination ZIP code, order cutoff, weekend or holiday schedule, and casket fit with us. Carrier delays, weather, address problems, and other events outside our control can affect delivery.
Where we can ship
Orders may be shipped to the customer, funeral home, or installer listed as the delivery address. The recipient is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for being available to receive the shipment when required by the carrier.
Alaska, Hawaii, and other destinations
The standard $20 overnight offer applies to eligible contiguous U.S. destinations. Contact us before ordering for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations, or locations where overnight service is unavailable so we can review shipping options and cost.
