About the product

In Memory Casket Wraps sells printed vinyl casket wrap kits. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the casket, handles, hardware, installation labor, removal of hardware, and funeral services are not included.

Fit confirmation

Before ordering, the buyer must provide or confirm the casket manufacturer, model, dimensions, surface, and required coverage. Product renderings are visual representations and do not by themselves confirm compatibility with a particular casket. Small differences in screen color, material appearance, and final installed placement may occur.

Installation

Installation is arranged separately by the buyer, funeral home, or installer. Installation should be performed by a person familiar with pressure-sensitive vinyl and the specific casket hardware and finish. Follow the casket manufacturer's procedures and verify surface compatibility before cleaning, heating, removing hardware, trimming, or applying film.

Production and delivery

Standard production is 1 business day after order approval, followed by carrier transit. Our standard offer is $20 overnight shipping for the entire order to eligible contiguous U.S. destinations. A requested arrival date is not a guarantee of delivery by a funeral or memorial service date.

Custom artwork

For custom memorial orders, the buyer represents that they have permission to provide and use any photographs, names, logos, artwork, or other content submitted to us. We may decline content that we cannot lawfully or appropriately reproduce.

Order approval

The buyer is responsible for reviewing the selected design, spelling and personalized information when applicable, casket information, shipping address, and timing before approval. Once production begins, printed-to-order products cannot be canceled for change of mind.

Problems with an order

If a shipment is damaged, misprinted, or does not match the confirmed order, contact us promptly with photos and order details so we can review the issue under our Refund Policy.
